Plumbing Nightmare
We had our pipes replaced and their plumber didn't turn off our sprinkler system, causing our first floor to flood. We had water coming out of our fuse box and light fixtures. Their plumber apologized and said the fuse box would dry out (!). I called the home office and had them send an electrician immediately. The had to cut holes in our walls and it took 3 days of blowers and dehumidifiers to dry everything. The plumber also burned our carpet and we're still waiting to hear when they're going to replace that. He was so frustrated, he couldn't finish the job. After requesting a different technician to finish the job, I was shocked to come home and find they had sent the SAME guy. After he completed the job, the heat wouldn't work and they had to send another tech out to my house to clean up this guy's mess.

Do not use this comany
This company did everything wrong. I used this company to clean my air ducts and vents because they advertised they use cameras to ensure your vents are clean. They blew dirt throughout my kitchen, dining area and living room with only an apology and an excuse that my ducts were installed strange. Then when they finished I was told they didn't use cameras to check the vents. I insisted that was why I selected them. Eventually, they checked one vent. It had so much remaining dirt and debris that they re-claned my basement and 1st floor, but would not check my top floor. I had contracted to have a tile shower installed with a bathtub removed and all new faucetts etc. for my elderly mother. The sink faucett they installed leaked. It took many phone calls to get this fixed. Then when they installed the shower fixtures they did not follow the drawn plans and drilled a hole in my new tile in the wrong spot. The only fix for this was to either have them replace the tile (which was in a corner so they would have had to replace two tiles and in my opinion could have caused leaks down the road) or have them get another shower holder and drill another hole and have two shower holders. It took them over a week to get another shower holder and another week to allow the sealant to dry, so, I was without a shower for over a month.

happy with service
i recently was notified by the water company that i had leak (boy is that scary) I called FHFurr and they sent a plumber to my house same day, without a 'extra' fee. The plumber was very nice, friendly, professional And took care of my leak. Plumbers are always expensive so I dont know if they are the 'best' deal but I would use them again.
